* For serious buyers only. Once confirmed, no back-outs or exchange of item(s).

* Items are brand new unless stated otherwise.

* prices are NOT negotiable, unless stated otherwise.

* No photo requests.

* Posting charges via Pos Laju are MYR 7 (West Malaysia) & MYR 9 (East Malaysia)

* Posting via pos ekspress are MYR 5 (West Malaysia) & MYR 7 (East Malaysia)

* Extra MYR 2 will be added to the charges for additional items.

* Payment must be made within three days to my Maybank account.
